Eyewear Replacement Policy

Lost/Broken/Damaged? We have your back and we try to have the best protection programs in the game.

Two eyewear replacements within 24 months of original order date. Does this not satisfy you? Vibe product replacement claims are processed on a one-on-one basis with real people in our customer service department. Send us an email at service@vibewear.co to get the process started.

Replacement claims are subject to a fee. The fee is 50% of the listed retail price of the product that needs replaced plus sales tax.

Example: The product you ordered that needs replaced sells for $30. The replacement fee is $15 + sales tax.

Vibe pays the shipping expense on all replacement orders.

Order numbers, product pictures, proof of purchase may be required to successfully complete your product replacement claim.

Processing fees and terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Vibe.

 

Apparel Replacement Policy

There is no replacement policy for apparel unless the product is defective at the time of receiving.

 

Accessories Replacement Policy

There is no replacement policy for accessories unless the product is defective at the time of receiving.
