AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

You are eligible for a return if: 

  • Your order is within 30 days
  • You ordered from www.vibewear.co
  • The item is in its original packaging 
  • The item is undamaged

HOW DO I START A RETURN? 

Email service@vibewear.co with your original order number.

Please note apparel returns and exchanges are required to have the tags on. Apparel returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the tag has been removed.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A PRE-PAID LABEL

If you are returning an item because of shipping damage, defect, wrong product received, or does not meet your expectations, we will send you a FREE PREPAID LABEL.

If items are damaged or you received the wrong item, we may investigate and ask for any proof necessary.


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND? 

Once we receive your return, our warehouse will inspect it to see if it meets the qualification for a refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment typically within 10 business days upon receiving your returned item.


HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT? 

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on www.vibewear.co for the correct item.
