HOW DO I START A RETURN? 

Email service@vibe-eyewear.com with your original order number. If you are returning an item because of shipping damage,
defect, wrong product received, or does not meet your expectations, we will
send you a FREE PREPAID LABEL.



If items are damaged or you received the wrong item, we may investigate and
ask for any proof necessary.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND? 

Once we receive your return, our warehouse will inspect it
to see if it meets the qualification for a refund. Refunds will be returned to
the original form of payment typically within 10 business days upon receiving
your returned item.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT? 

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund
and replace an order on www.vibewear.co for the correct item.
